天行健，君子以自强不息

昨天晚上看奥运，先不说表演好坏，当看到歌唱我们亲爱的祖国，就已经感动的要掉眼泪。2008 对每个中国人都是个多事之秋，奥运之路走的如此艰辛，在海外的我们感受更加强烈。当国旗升起，国歌奏响的时候，我不由自主起立致敬。和朋友一起看的奥运，但是我是唯一的中国人，大家看着我，也静静的听着国歌，看着国旗升起。在国内的时候，从来习惯了国歌和国旗，从来没有此时此刻的感动，也许，到了海外，才真正有了祖国的归属感。

I had prepared for shopping a 2Dr coupe sport car for almost 3 weeks, and at the last minute, I spent less then a hour to make up my mind to shop this...... 

Reason?

1. I require the 2Dr coupe has to be manual stick, but turn out to be the whole Texas state don't even have that kind of inventory or in stock model.

   Testing a 2Dr with Auto, but turn out to be very disappointing: no manual, no fun of driving.

2. Back behind me when I talked with the dealer was a 4Dr model, I so much like the interior space and the confortable feeling, really enjoyed to be seating in the back. I can imagine how much my mom would like it.

So, I dumped the coupe model and picked the 4Dr, of course, I have to do some little compromise. I have to sacrifice the manual stick fun driving experice, and turn to Auto. After all, it is impossible to find one with manual, and a family sedan is supposed to be auto shift.

July 4 跑去了Austin和San Antonio 撒野，两个城市都没有怎么仔细的逛，都冲着刺激的活动去了，第一个在Austin，跑去玩waverunner,就是下面的这个东东，没办法照相，网上借张图来凑数吧。这东西开起来很爽，加速超快。在一个大湖里面随意驰骋，感觉超cool。只要迎着浪，突然加速到30mi就会飞起来，在水面上弹划，迎风破浪的快感大大的~

第二天去了Sea World，类似于sixflag的水上活动，最赞的是在晚上坐在第一排看国庆节firework。

对新买的一盘百合花下了毒手，折磨了她大半天，我真是个花痴哇~~~~受不了了

在红十字会网站尝试了好多次，都没有成功，问了朋友大家都不知道还有否其他网上Donate的途径，不过还好，最后还是在“海外中国儿童救助基金会”的网站上成功了。算是为灾区进一份心吧。

上个星期就问了公司的HR，是否可以Matching donation，结果HR到现在还没有回复我，估计早就忘记这回事了，明天得要好好催催他们~
